PAYMENT:
Payment is accepted by PayPal account or direct check out with credit card. Personal check accepted from local customers.
International customers are responsible for all Customs fees/charges
SHIPPING:
Larger paintings shipped via FedEx
I always insure paintings and send you the tracking information.
Smaller paintings shipped via USPS
Tracking information only provided by request.

Customer is responsible for all custom fees
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Loss in shipping: All Artwork is insured. In the case of loss, the customer gets a refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end.
If you would like me to recreate the painting and ship again instead of refund I would also be happy to do that.
Artwork Damaged in Transit:
Please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment. I will arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Be sure to keep the original packing materials.
I want you to love your new painting because you'll be looking at it everyday. So I accept returns or exchanges on paintings with a full refund but not later than three days from the date when the painting was delivered to you.
*Full refund means the full price of the work. The customer will be responsible for paying for all shipping cost.*
I do not accept refunds for custom paintings.
If you would like me to hold a painting for you I require a non-refundable deposit.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQ:
For Commission Painting:
I welcome ideas for commission paintings, if there is a painting you like and its already sold I will happily recreate it for you. I can create art that is similar to an already sold painting but of course being that it will be another original I will not be able to create an exact replica and each painting will have its own uniqueness. I'm also always happy to create custom colors to fit in your home or business.
